the taste, the quality and portion sizes off food are great! the reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 is the cost is high and they never include the spicy hot chili oil I ask for on the side. they never send it.

Waited 40 minutes after order was not confirmed until I approached the front desk despite estimates of 20 mins. Noodles were not crispy and gravy was watery cornstarch instead of a rich sauce.

Moo shu pork was terrible. Looked as if it was over cooked with wilted vegetables and almost no meat. Packaged poorly. Liquid was spilled and leaked into the bag.

The Dim Sum Platter / 點心拼盤 the pork shu mai was cooked on top but totally raw in the bottom. Bit into it an instantly spit it out. The Rice in Lotus Leaf “Lo Mai Gai" / 糯米雞 was goopy and flavorless. The Dragon Dumpling "Xiao Long Bao" / 小籠包 was dry.

Hard to find Hong Kong style noodles. I enjoyed it because I used soy sauce and chilli sauce to flavor the saucy chicken topping. Noodles were nice and crispy even after take out. Capital need to improve the saucy topping flavor. I will order again and season it myself if necessary because I love Hong Kong chow Hong Kong Style Chow Mein / 港式煎麵
