the taste, the quality and portion sizes off food are great! the reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 is the cost is high and they never include the spicy hot chili oil I ask for on the side. they never send it.

Hard to find Hong Kong style noodles. I enjoyed it because I used soy sauce and chilli sauce to flavor the saucy chicken topping. Noodles were nice and crispy even after take out. Capital need to improve the saucy topping flavor. I will order again and season it myself if necessary because I love Hong Kong chow Hong Kong Style Chow Mein / 港式煎麵

We have been ordering from Capital for years, today we ordered a full meal to celebrate my Fathers birthday and it was the most disappointing meal from Capital. The whole duck was tiny. Looked more like 1/2. The beef fried noodles usually has a darker color because of the soy sauce. This looked more like udon noodles! One strand of green onions no other veggies in sight. The filet mignon looked like road kill. Not cubes! Definitely not ordering from them again.

Kung Pao Chicken or Beef / 宮保雞/牛Nice and spicy. Goodportion.Hot & Sour Soup spicy with good flavor. Would order these again.

The beef quality has gotten down in the Broccoli Beef or Chicken / 西蘭花牛肉/雞肉. We have ordered this many times and loved the tenderness of the beef. But today's order was so bad. We ordered 2 portions and the beef in both orders were so tough and chewy. We couldn't eat the beef and had to spit it out!
So disappointing since the dish is priced higher than other restaurants.
Will not order again.
