The queso and chips were not worth $8. I thought it was a shareable app and it was just a little side. The tacos and quesadillas were full of toppings and extremely flavorful

I ordered two Catawampus Bowls. I received two scooped slops in to-go containers. Not great portions. Mushy rice, bland beans, way overcooked chicken, and the disappointment I have to live with that I just spent $40 on all of the above. I would not order again.

$15 for a $5 plate of nachos. NOT piled high, more of a half order for full order price. Better off going to taco bell or tampa taco co and saving money. The street corn was good but came with a whole corn stock attached

This was my first time ordering Capital Tacos and it was honestly a disappointment. I ordered the Birria Bundle which they have captioned as "The Best Birria Around!" LOL They were overloaded with meat, they were not even grilled to be 'sealed' like a birria taco is, I did not receive any limes with my order which it stated it would. The meat was dry but the worst part was the dipping sauce, very unflavorful and it was very bitter/sour, it was disgusting! Waste of $20+

I've ordered from Capital Tacos for many years because I really enjoy their food. After this most recent order I will never order there again.
To start, the guacamole is prepackaged and ordered from somewhere and id hardly call it Guacamole. It's just avacado spread, theres no onion(unless you count onion powder), tomato, cilantro, etc. everything that is in true guacamole. Absolutely terrible to charge almost 6$ for this and not have handmade guacamole.
The verse salsa, I enjoy this salsa. Ordering this time it was like like soup. Absolutely no flavor except for lime.
The corn tortilla tacos are only served with one corn tortilla. Everywhere ive ever gone before and in the past at this restaurant two tortillas have always been given because of how easily they break down.
Queso, I ordered a small queso as a side. The amount they give you is a sauce cup size which is abs insane for 4$. I'd think they'd give you enough to at least dip a chip into. Not to mention it was the consistency of caulk. It was not fully melted and still had pieces of shredded cheese in it.
South Beach Hot Chicken Taco. This was absolutely terrible. I was expecting a spicy chicken taco and the only hint of flavor I got was honey. There was absolutely no spicy notes in this taco at all, it was extremely disappointing.
Hen House Taco. I've ordered this taco multiple times before and have always enjoyed it. This time around there was absolutely no seasoning at all. It tasted like boiled chicken with no seasoning.
I will never order from this restaurant again which is such a shame because I've loved them in the past and always try to support local businesses.
