Hot, perfectly cooked and delicious! The Baked Ziti is definitely enough for two people and is gooey, meaty yumminess. We really liked the many options to build your own kids Kid's Pasta, and even the side of broccoli was perfectly al dente. Highly recommend!

Best Italian place in town! Their baked ziti has amazing meat sauce. The lasagna is always cooked to perfection. Would also recommend the chicken marsala and picatta. Compared to other Italian places we've tried before, we can tell Capri Blu uses the best and freshest ingredients. Love their cocktails also!!

Good size portions, delicious food. We had fettuccine gamberoni all carciofi and capellini Alla principessa. Both were delicious and each was large enough that we have food for another meal. The capellini was spicy but good.

The fettuccine Alfredo was okay. The creamy white sauce was missing the essential seasoning elements and the chicken that was supposed to be added. Although they did substitute the pasta option, it was overcooked and mushy. The spaghetti con polpettine meatballs were very flavoraful and tasty; however, the pasta cooked to perfection and the flavor was more on the acidity side. The vulcano was good and if you have vanilla ice cream at home, make sure to set a scoop aside for it.

Both the Pennette con Pollo and the Pollo alla Parmigiana were ok. Not amazing but a little better than Olive Garden.
