This was the best roast beef sandwich I've had in my life. It was the beef that made all the difference.

The sandwich was very disappointing! It was barely filled (unlike when you order in store). The stuffing wasn't even stuffing, it was bread crumbs (like croutons) and they were hard. And the fries were so hard and crunchy! Not happy with Capriotti's Door Dash Order at all!

The Bobbi had potential but the bread was horrid - a wonderbread version of a sandwich loaf. I removed about 80% of the bread and still had a sandwich. The turkey was nice quality but was drowned in bread
The Wagu beef was super tender but tasted like a salt shaker was dropped in it. I routinely eat ham, sauage and bacon and never think those items are salty. Half way thru my half I had to give up as my mouth was spazzing like when you eat a sweet tart.
When I lived on the east side sandwiches from Capriotti's were a treat we all loved. I don't know where these sandwishes are from but they're not from a Capriotti's for sure.
I'm not the person who leaves 100 bad reviews it I feel what we got was mostly thrown in the trash and I don't want other people's families to be left without an edible meal.
We ate 1/8th of the fries 1/4 of the beef and 1/2 the turkey
Lastly the beef sandwich was not prepared per the instructions we put in the order

American Wagyu Cheese Steak 10" was almost $20 but pretty small. Not much in the Sandwich. The Italian Classic 10" was definitely worth it.

the bobbie came without mayo or stuffing and it just seemed like the person making the sandos was having a rough day. i get that but this sandwich is too expensive for it to be missing key ingredients
