I won't leave a bad review because food is always great! Not sure why I got less & paid more for Pastrami ordering DOUBLE MEAT instead of EXTRA?

I have nothing much to say for the Homemade Turkey that was ordered alongside the other sub as my wife enjoyed it. However, the classic meatball that I ordered was absolutely horrendous. I paid $3 extra for an extra meatball in it, and I only received 2 meatballs in the entire 10-inch sub. It was literally just a red sauce sub.
What even is this?

The food was good and the sandwich was a good size. They put a lot of meet on the sandwich. The only thing is that throughout the whole sandwich, I only got 2 tomatoes and they put so much mayo on it that I had to scrape some of it off.

Verry skimp on the meat n dressing , just had the same sandwich day before at the W craig location , was so good meaty and tasty , reason i ordered today from this location , will not be ordering again ( Pecos/ Craig Boo

I don't know, we go here at least once a week. always professional hard working. but tonight we it delivered and everything was mushy. even the Italian Club. My steak and cheese is supposed to. but not likey both went through a blender. I'm immbarresed for them. their always, like 10 years always. New deli hand or some thing?
