Just to try it... Ordered Shrimp Head On 1LB and Green Mussels 1LB in capt loui style. Both shrimp and mussels freshly cooked. Not too salty or sweet. Seasonings just about right.
Definitely coming back for some more.

Glad to see launching of Capt Loui in henderson area. The sauce is always right and on top of their game. Love it! Must try the capt loui sauce. I like it with a kick so I usually get hot. The po boy is also a killer item.

Ordered a variety of items and was not disappointed in any way. Everything was deliciously prepared and devoured! Best Mother's Day meal ever. We will definitely be ordering again, and very grateful they are close by!
