French fries were soggy; hushpuppies were not well done; hardly any fish meat and had lots of batter to make it look like it's big; cole slaw is a hit or miss with any place (miss this time around); placed pick up order and there were no utensils or napkins inside.

Wasn't the same battered fish I'm used to. They must've changed that. It tasted different. A little bland and There were no sauces in the bag. It tasted overcooked or extra crispy when normally it's light and fluffy and falling apart. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but didn't see an option to change fish.

Apparently, the management has greatly improved overall, as it is reflected in the quality of preparation and cooking which I recently experienced to be quite tasty! Not overcooked or undercooked or greasy. The staff is friendly and does really good customer service.

my last 3 orders that had shrimp was overcooked, almost burnt and the flounder fillet was small like half size. get it together yall!

There were no sauces but the 2 Piece Batter Dipped Fish Meal, Lobster Rolls and Fries,Lobster Bites Add-On, 10 Piece Butterfly Shrimp, and Lobster Bisque were really good.
