Special instructions were not permitted by this location or franchise. For the amount of fish we ordered, we received ample tarter sauce but did not receive cocktail sauce. The establishment should know to offer both. This is not the 1st time. They also did not add the standard lettuce on both sandwiches, only tartar sauce. The sides are so small for $4 each.

My fish sandwiches were missing lettuce that it's supposed to come with. Every time I order from there,Giant Fish Sandwich they don't know what is standard with the item. One time, they cut one piece of fish in half for each sandwich, instead of the standard two pieces per sandwich for $10 each.

2 Piece Batter Dipped Fish Meal was enjoyed by my son. Instructions or rather my choices for my Giant Fish Sandwich & Fries were not followed but the food was 😋 tasty. I will order again if instructions are followed.

Crabs didn't have much crab, it was mostly stuffing and very little of that. Not like they used to be.

My 2 Giant Fish Sandwiches were not 2 full pieces per sandwich as advertised. The store gave me one piece broken in half per sandwich. Very disappointing for a $10 sandwich with no sides.
