Soggy okra. I ate it because I bought it of course, the okra was NOT fresh , it was good portion of it. I just wish it was fresh and crispy. The only way I'd order it again is if I actually come to the store to get it.

This was awful. a 2 piece Catfish looked like 2 large nuggets. coleslaw had no flavor. fries no salt. I've enjoyed this chain in other states. This was a waste of money.

Food terrible! They need better packaging for the food to prevent it from being so soggy. The fish batter turned into mush! Fries limp, greasy and soggy. The entire bag was filled with water from the steam.

The fish didn't taste the same like they switched to a different kind of fish. The tenders were dry and the shrimp were mostly batter or bread and no shrimp. All my boxes came smashed up so don't know if that happened during delivery or what. All I know is that I am very dissatisfied with what I received because that isn't their normal fish.

I was quite disapponted after missing Captain D's for so long my shrimp was so hard I couldn't eat them. I have not ever ate the fish before so I decided to give it a try. It was the highlight of the evening. My visit became better for this reason. When I visit humble I expect quality food with my money. We are ALL consumers and I am sure nobody wants extra hard sheim. I had a cravin for soup and to my surprise Loaded Potato Soup was on the menu. It was delicious I highly recommend the 1 Piece Batter Dipped Fish and Loaded Potato Soup.
