Ordered load baked potato. It was not cooked soft and the cheese and bacon was a big blob. Fortunately the butter and sour cream was sent separately. Only received a plain cheesecake, not the red velvet cake cheesecake. I had really looked forward to a good meal that I usually get from Captain D's.

The Cole slaw didn't have a lid, just some foil on top and tasted awful!!! We just threw it away...like it was spoiled!!! Everything else was really good...and fresh...

if you love Wild Alaska Salmon Meal ... Captain D's got it right with Chesapeake seasoning, add vinegar malt, vinegar malt and hot sauce on broccoli... I will smash again

I paid for a large and did not receive it. Also ordered fried okra and did not receive it. Fish was very hard like it had been fried hours before it was ordered. This order was not worth the money I paid for it.

ordered ahead to get the order faster but was still delayed...however, another young lady clocked in and expedited everything. she even notice that the order was wrongand got my order corrected immediately. top notch customer service by that young lady. should've gotten her name.
