Dare I say that Captain D's tastes better than LJS? Yes, I so dare. They have bigger portions and much more flavorful fish and sides. Fresh and hot every time I order. Their Giant fish sandwich is HUGE! The deluxe combo meal is yummy too!

So delicious!!! I love their huge sides. My favorite is the fried okra and green beans. The Giant Fish Sandwich was enormous and very fresh and tasty. The Deluxe Seafood Platter was also very good especially the stuffed crab. The Clam Strips were perfect! The 5 Piece Butterfly Shrimp add-on were really big and an excellent deal for under $3!

40 oz Clam Strips & Butterfly Shrimp consists of 3 Lil shrimp pieces and the rest hard pieces of imitation crab meat it was absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the Deluxe Seafood Platter which is supposed to include 6 shrimp...I got 3 overcooked shrimp. The two pieces of fish were more breading than fish, but the crab cakes were...well crab cakes.
