The food was fine but the wait time was horrible, I submitted my order as a pickup order and I watched over 10 people walk in and order after I did and they received their food before I did. I waited 30 minutes for my food

This was my first time ordering from Captain D's on DD. My Cajun Catfish Sandwich Combo bun was overcooked. It was dry and chewy. The fried were also cold. My Jalapeno Poppers were left off of my order, and I had to call and let the store know. I do appreciate the manager, Mrs. Loretta, bringing them to my job, thank you! But, overall, I must say I was very disappointed in Captain D's this go around.

Everything was hot & fresh! No complaints! This restaurant never disappoint me, my food is always hot and fresh!
