2 Piece Fish & 6 Piece Butterfly Shrimp Meal got a completely different side than what I ordered, and only got 2 shrimp instead of the six I was supposed to get. The food was so cold that the carryout plates were not even sweating. The worst food I have had in a while. My childs chicken tend were cooked to death until they were hard

Let it be clear my Door Dasher Ethan was excellent. The problem was Captain D's tonight. They forgot the shrimp in my sister's Deluxe Seafood and my extra order of French Fries all together. The woman we talked to about it was not the polititist. We were told to call Door Dash for a refund. They accommodated. Our bag was tied and sealed - so this is on Captain D's. This was not the first time that this has happened and they did nothing about it.

Ordered the Deluxe Seafood Platter and no shrimp. I called the store to get it fixed and was told to call DoorDash. Can't find the number and asked the delivery person for a number and no response so far.

Loaded baked was rotten through out the potato smand I was told this problem did not deem necessary for credit or cash back.
