Mehhh, got the portion size of a 4 year old. Woulfnt normally complain but it was $17 for a spoonful of green beans, hard piece of corn and 3 small partially cooked pieces of catfish. Not a good day lol.

The food was hot and fresh. There wasn't any butter for the potato, but that didn't bother me since I was at home. I did notice the broccoli portion was smaller than when we eat inside the restaurant. I do recommend the 2 Piece Catfish Meal and Southern Style Whitefish. Neither had the excess grease we often get with the original.

As always, great food from Captin Ds. The fish was nice and crisp and fries warm and tasty. A+ food keeps me coming back for more.

I know people come here for seafood, but let's talk about the Kid's Chicken Tenders Meal. The chicken fingers are flavorful and crispy and delicious, the fried okra was seasoned perfectly and the hush puppies were fire as usual. Yum!

When Captain D's used cod, it was much better. The fish was not bad, but not what it once was. Shrimp were tasteless. Hushpuppies soggy because the packing was bad and they fell into the green beans. Better when green beans were in a separate container. Mac n cheese was excellent, though. Green beans also very good. Just wish for cod and non-soggy hushpuppies.
