I love their fish! The 3 Piece Batter Dipped Fish Meal always arrives crispy and hot, and I appreciate how large these fish tendies are. I always get bored of other fast food sides, but Captain D's always has you covered with green beans, okra, or even a baked potato. I only wish we could order extra sauces a la cart rather than being limited to 3 total, that's my only complaint and that's solely due to DoorDash's limitations.

the food all together was horrible unfortunately. the hushpuppies were hard grease balls basically, the fish was overcooked and the coleslaw tasted sour. only good thing was the Mac n cheese and chocolate cake. want good seafood spend the extra little money and good somewhere else for sure. a.j seafood is usually on point.

good desserts just didn't care for the funnel cakes and a cup as it made them soggy. and for those that do not know, the chocolate cake is made by Cheesecake Factory

The stuffed crab isn't the same anymore. The fish was okay but the shrimp was over cooked. The Cole slaw is good. Jalapeño poppers tasted okay but were soggy. I think it's better to just eat there instead of having it delivered. Since most things are fried, just makes sense.
