The last couple of times that I purchased lobster rolls and giant fish sandwich were not up to usual standards. The lobster roll was just a small blob and had no lettuce
The fish sandwich barely had any tarter sauce on bun and had no lettuce

it was a miss today... pros was the huge white fish... but that's it... instead of enclosing the sides they were just in the slots so the cowl slaw taste like green beans and so did the rice...the very little dry bed of rice, the bread tastes as good as it is supposed to but of course it was soggy (ie green beans strike again) they burnt the crab cake and puppies the shrimp were as expected it just wasn't up to par and we'll probably throw most away...

hush puppies were black. looked like they had been refried several times. They were harder than a rock. they literally broke the plastic fork and knife trying to cut one. The fish was old and rubbery. The fries were the only thing that was right.

fish was old and chewy, green beans had literally turned to a green mush, I was scared to even try a bite. fries and hush puppies were ok. The worst meal I've ever received from Captain D's

While the food from this location has always been good in this past (including this meal, which is my standard order), the fish smelled off in my most recent order, and both the fish and hushpuppies tasted off. I wonder if the restaurant may be having a temporary issue with their fryer, as the food was not as crispy as usual and I wonder if it may have been undercooked.
