Wow.
The pizza was delicious and massive (18"), the cheese is flavourful and the sauce pairs it really well. The crust was cooked perfectly.
Short Rib Ragù is an absolute experience that took me back to grandma's kitchen. lots of fork tender beef chunks that added a rich rib flavour in a clean and simple sauce. Slow cooked beef lovers need to try this.

I was told to try carbone pizzaria but kinda disappointed with the flavours. Got the lamp pie and brisket 18inch. Size was huge but the pizza was very soggy, flavours didn't really make sense together either. Customer service was really nice but wouldn't suggesg the brisket or the lamb. Not much meat, too sweet and verry soggy. Mini donuts were also okay. Wouldn't worth the price tag but if you are looking to get a huge pizza this is a good place for that. 18inch pie can definitely fill more then 2 people.

As always with Carbone's, the pizza was absolutely delicious.
The Lamp pie is reminiscent of a savoury lamb stew with the awesome crispiness and flavour of their signature crust while the White Vesuvio has all the creamy, mushroomy goodness that anyone who loves funghi craves.
It's a straight 5 stars for me.

Always so good! Carbone has quickly become a favourite, absolutely love The Stinger, Fig & Goat cheese, the White Vesuvio, the prosciutto & arugula, honestly each one I've tried have been top tier. I love the authenticity and getting arugula and the hot Habanero Honey is to die for!!! Fav pizza in town

Bianco - was absolutely freaking heavenly pizza, perfect amount of sesame seeds, nice honey pour, beautiful amounts of both the goat cheese and the onions. 12/10 would eat again.
Lamb Tagliatelle - I don't even know where to start with how phenomenal this dish was, the sauce was incredible, the hand made noodles were like nothing I've eaten before and don't get me started on the lamb. 🤤🤤🤤
