Quesabirria was really good! It was well seasoned and a big portion!

The carnitas weren't as good as they usually are. They might not have been cooked long enough to get the right color and doneness where you can pull meat apart. Or they may have used too much water vs. lard to cook them. You end up with what looks like gray cubes of boiled pork without much flavor like I did with my order.

the caldo was not warm at all and the Taco (ea) didn't even have the right choice of the meat. To top it off the meat that it did have wasn't even seasoned properly and the Jamaica tasted more like fruit punch.

The meat in the Burrito had a lot of Grisel and fat. The Beans 16 oz had no cheese or flavor. There was no red salza.
