Follow instructions! Packed very well... and food was hot and delicious, the pork chops were big. Definitely would order again.

Order the lechuguilla a la plancha with red rice and pinto beans, salad with avocado, tostones with mojito. A pina colada to drink. Worst experience ever. The meat was dry and shrunk down, the plantains dry and hard. The salad was all heart of the lettuce and the pina colada tasted like a watered down mixed drink. The waitress was ok. The hostess was nasty and rude. The manager tried to stand to one side and stare these intimidating stares made my other guest uncomfortable. Wow I was in shock. I've been going here since they opened but what a down fall. Louis & Carisa's is no longer the quality restaurant it used to be. My bill 151.69 what a waste of time and money.

Pepper Steak (Bistec Salteado) perfectly seasoned and cooked steak, the peppers were very fresh. Good portion, would definitely order again.

This the 2nd time ordering this very Meal. It was made exactly the same. I did not take a pic of it because, had I seen it before I would not have tried it. What it lacks in presentation, it makes up for in flavor. Absolutely DELICIOUS!! Bravo!! Caridad!! This picky eater will be a repeating customer!!
