• 2/20/25I thought I ordered a regular burger but I ordered the double big Carl and it was huge! And sooo good! I normally get a Big Mac from Mc Donalds but their burgers are so tiny now and more expensive and not as tasty. The fries were still hot when delivered : )

• 7/18/24this is the second or third time this location gave me part of a wrong order. I paid for a large and got a medium or small and the drink is wrong too. I ordered a sprite (I can't really do dark sodas) and got maybe a coke or something.

• 8/18/22Milkshakes were only half full. Cup tops were on tight and sealed. It was obvious that they didn't spill in transit. They left restaurant like that.

• 2/28/22The star nuggets were so hard not close to fresh. I love carls but I was disappointed and the fries were def not fresh either. And the driver got here in no time so it couldn't be because he tok long cuz he didn't.
