I stopped ordering from Carl's Jr. Their food quality is 20 years behind. The same menu items after 20 yrs...cold, over cooked or under cooked sides, dry burgers, and soo over priced. Their food is NOT worth the price. It's a shame, I used to love their food...20 years ago. They fell off hard!

The superstar with chesses was perfectly made with a good temperature. However, the jalapeno poppers were under fried. overall, I enjoyed the burger but I had to give four stars instead of five stars because the poppers were under fried.

Cold. My daughter ordered 3 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ Combo. She liked hers. I also ordered Chocolate Chip Cookies and those came in a plast wrapper; Not even Fresh baked. Disappointing
