So disappointed in the quality of the food. I love the jalapeño angus burger but this time it tasted so horrible. The meat tasted old and wasn’t cooked all the way through. Waste of $18

ordered the "waffle" fries, paid the upcharge for it, and still received standard fries. This has happened every time we upgrade to the criss-cut fries,not a big deal, really, it was .48 cents additional and the food was great, we love Carl's either way. the California Classic Double Cheeseburger is my favorite!
