Friesian kids meal are over done and hard food arrived cold no cheese on the loaded fries and smells and taste awful, very disappointed ☹️

It states that the milkshake comes with whip cream, there's no option to add or remove it, and nowhere to free type it in. And then the almost $10 item comes with no whipped cream. The burgers onion rings weren't very cooked either

There is no place on their order page to remove cheese from their Sausage Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich combo, nor a place for ordering creamer/sugar. However, the store or delivery person had the foresight to include creamer/sugar in my order.

Everything was XLNT--the chicken tenders were tender and the
shake was thick and creamy.
