We were left without a cake at the last minute by another named bakery. I ordered a 10inch Confetti Cake and a 6 inch Fudge cake and the Cake Boss had them here in 2 hours, in time to save the party. The cakes were delicious, and the birthday girl was delighted. He certainly is the cake boss and we will definitely order again soon!

All the items were dried out, the crème brûlée was flavorless, eclair had dried up filling in it and the cannoli filling was like rubber. Very very very VERY disappointed in the quality considering the price. Was for a birthday celebration, ended up throwing it away. Wouldve gotten better quality pastries and cupcakes from ShopRite for more than half the cost

some of the best sweets we have ever had! the Lobster tail was out of this world and the cannoli was the best we have ever had. the cupcake was delicious!

Ordered the 6in' vanilla confetti cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised as I am not a big fan of buttercream icing, but their buttercream was really good. Especially after I put the leftover cake in the refrigerator.....It was "bomb" (lol) while cold the next day too!

Had been looking forward to my first Carlo's order. Unfortunately, both the wedge of crumb cake and the crust on the 6" cheesecake were dry and surprisingly bland. I love butter in graham cracker crust and crumb cake, so maybe these recipes omit it and that's why it was dry and flavorless? Anyway. Disappointed.
