usually the food is great. today it was all horrible. the shake was nasty. the fries and zucchini were burnt and greasy. total waste.

Easy ordering from the site. Happy with actual cooked and delivery time. The meal was hot, the onion rings were perfect. Robert from Door Dash was so friendly. I enjoyed talking with him. Great job, keep up the fantastic service.

The fries were cold and meat was not cooked through. Cold temperature. (No, it did not sit outside long enough to get cold) It was so gross I threw it away. Never had anything so bad from Carl's.

everything was dry and hard. you can tell the fries haven't been changed, and the burger must have just sat there from another order. it's old.

as usual, it was very good. we don't get good food in the Nursing home. they have to go by a recipe that is for everyone. I keep telling myself, someday they will old & have to eat this stuff. So YES, I truly enjoyed it. Thank You
