Request for Full Refund:
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered two California Classic Double Cheeseburger Combos, but both arrived with only one patty each. Additionally, the fries were old, hard, overly salted, and inedible. The burger patties were burnt, extremely thin (approximately 1.3 inches or 33mm), and drowned in mayonnaise.
This experience was far from satisfactory, and I am requesting a full refund for my order.

The gravy tasted like metal not good at all. The biscuit was good. I don't know what they did to the gravy, though it was bad. I have had their biscuits and gravy and it was good. I loved it but today not so much. I can't eat it. Sorry to say.

The Western Burger is so salty! It's as if someone shook salt over the whole thing. I Just can't finish this. The fries are also way too salty. Omg, my mouth burning!
