The burger had no lettuce and looked like it had been sat on. The bag and packaging was in perfect condition so it definitely wasn't the driver. Fries were cold and stale and inedible.

La comida es buena, un un cliente muy frecuente pero no me gusta que metan 3 hamburguesas de 3 carnes y 3 papas fritas grandes en una solo bolsa y tan pequeña ! Llega todo aplastado !!! Muy mal ! Invierntanle en bolsas más grandes o pídanle a los trabajadores que usen las bolsas necesarias para pedidos grandes por favor.

Disappointed. I love Carl Jr. Usually. Ordered from the Rose location in Oxnard. My double burger was to be cheese only, I got lettuce and onions. The Onion rings were hard and rubberized like they were overdone and sitting around way too long. They should have been thrown out by the store, witch is what we did. No big thing, but ordered ketchup, got none. Don't know what's going on at the Rose location, but they need to shake things up.

Fries were old and the burger bun was stale and meat was a little undercooked.
