• 2/4/22Packaging is sloppy. Not tamper proof unlike McDonalds. Chicken patty is not grilled. Zucchini tasted funny. It has an aftertaste. Not worth the money

• 6/5/25Char Chicken Club, horrible stringy cold chicken with wilted lettuce and rubbery consistency, your first bite, the whole of the cutlet comes out and hangs there, bouncing back and forth from your mouth, again, wilted lettuce & hard tomatoes. THE CUPCAKE for 5BUCKS, AND THE HAND MADE STRAWBERRY MEDIUM SHAKE FOR $6. plus, WAS THE ONLY ENJOYABLE & EATABLE, PART OF $50. PLUS ORDER. MY RECOMENDATION FOR THIS PLACE, STAY HOME & COOK IT YOURSELF, YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING WORSE TO IT, THAN THIS CARLS DID

• 10/6/24Drink was left out exposed and could have easily been tampered with. Food was sealed with a sticker on bag but not drink. Definitely unsanitary and unsafe. The drink should have gone in a cupholder inside a sealed bag with sticker. Not that difficult Carl's.

• 2/8/24the Dbl Cheese Burger tastes like it was old and buna was hard and the Cinnamon Roll had no icing and tasted even worse as all it taste like was flour, I wish I would of got food someplace better as this was a waste of Money
