Ordered at 11pm Jalapeño Angus Burger Combo was delicious and well seasoned, the meat was fresh and the buns were still hot and not soggy. Fries were also well seasoned and crispy. Can really tell that Carl's Jr. is improving, will order again soon for late night snacks❤️

The Double Famous Star tasted great! All parts of the burger was fresh & tasty. The shake was wonderful. I will definitely order again & again. Delivery was right on time as promised. Thank you!

I ordered a Soft Drink specifically a Dr. Pepper with no ice and a Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger® with pepper jack cheese, and I received a single western bacon cheesebrger with jalapenos and a Coke with ice. While neither mistake rendered the meal inedible the overwhelming jalapeno flavor was undesirable. The portion size was adequate and freshness especially of the jalapenos is debatable.

ordered late at night, they gave me cold undercooked chicken nuggets and fries with zero sauce including n ketchup even I ordered. tasted not okay or not edible probably sitting at the restaurant, obviously no flavor and not warm
