Big Hamburger bun was hard and burnt. The onion rings were dry and hard. The strawberry shake was only a small in a medium cup. Requested condiments but none sent.

Wanted to try Carl's Jr after not having it for a while, but I'm sadly disappointed with it. My chicken sandwiches are hard, stale. I ordered for extra chicken and lettuce but it wasn't added. The cheesecake didn't even arrive even with it on the receipt. And the fries were thrown around the bag. I wish I could get my refund.
