GOOD PART the Jalapeño Double Cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. added a green Chile.
NOT SO GOOD order was smashed in one overstuffed bag, should have been 2. zucchini was inedible with breading slid off, smushed, also checked well done/crispy and they were undercooked. customizations offered in drop down as selected were not followed on all items. . Carls was having a rough night.
we have never had a problem with this location when we pick up ourselves. Hopefully this is a one off.

Did not give ranch as requested. Excessive amount of mustard on cheeseburger. Sprite was out of flavor.

for the most part always yum but time to time the bun is hard on the edges, like stale or old...rare but recurring...otherwise yum

Hand-Breaded Chicken Biscuit is so good. U gotta get it! Biscuit is yummy by itself then add in this lightly seasoned chicken and it is just amazing together. Well done Carls Jr!

Burgers were not good. Soggy espcially for the price of 20 bucks for a fast food burger
