Carl's Jr is my new favourite burger chain, it's a nice change if you're looking for something other than MacDonald's. I ordered the Super Star® with Cheese. And the Hand-Scooped Oreo Shake™ which I enjoyed - the shake was good because it has actual Oreos mixed in it. The meal was also good, the burger itself is about the size of a Big Mac and tasted really fresh and delicious. I've reviewed Carl's Jr in the past and I can now say that they are consistent with their food and drink quality.

First time trying Carl's Jr and I'm very happy with the quality and taste of my meal. The burger i had was a very tasty and big sized burger, the fries are also good, not too salty. I got a dipping Santa Fe Sauce and it's a nice spicy sauce. The burger was wrapped really well and everything was fresh. I'd Definitely recommend Carl's Jr to those who are looking for a nice burger and a change from a Big Mac or a Whopper. I will gladly order again.

Carls didn't quiet win me to begin with when they first come to town. They had amazing service every time, but in the beginning I couldn't justify the extra expense over hungry jacks as I thought the two where quiet similar. HOWEVER, months of poor service and sub standard quality from HJs has made me visit and order from Carl's jr more and more, and the more we do, the more I like it. Far better quality, absolutely exceptional customer service when in store or at the drive through, staff seem so happy to serve you, it's just all in all a very positive experience, even when ordering through a third party delivery. Well done guys.

Chilli cheese fries were dry and had no spice at all. It was just fried burger meat and melted cheese. Burgers were ok but overall dry and lacking sauce and the regular fries were cold and stale with hardly any salt. Overall not worth the $48 I spent and hungry jacks is far better for the price
