they always have good food and I work 6 miles away and it's always here fresh new management has really turned this place around.

I'm not sure if it's a new promotion, but I order 6 Chicken strips, and they sent me 12 mini bites. Same quantity really, but a lot easier to dip! Thanks!

I got a Big Carl. When it arrived it was just two buns, two pieces of meat, and a few onions. When I originally selected it, I ADDED onions. What I didn't account for was that everything on it was removed by default, so the $9.00 BIG CARL was just buns and meat. Not even a single peace of cheese or a drop of the sauce that makes it special. I've never had this issue literally anywhere else on this app. If you want Carl's Jr., I'd personally go there Irl to make sure this doesn't happen. I honestly hope that this was somehow my fault because if not, this food costs too much to end up being 2 pieces of bland meat in a bun.
