I have been eating Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger® for over 20 years now as my go to road trip food and this one did not disappoint. Perfect Burger and the extra BBQ? Epic. Super fresh and I will be ordering here again soon.

We ordered two burgers, they were both overcooked and black around the edges. We also ordered two fries well done, and those arrived undercooked. Thankfully, I was able to salvage the fries by finishing them in our air fryer.

Checked extra crispy Hash browns so I think they sent the least crisp ones they could find. Used to love their breakfasts but not impressed by what we got today

they offered well done dorthe fries,which I selected, but they didn't seem well done at all. I was SO excited to try the queso crunch burger. that sounds just like the kind of thing I would love.but the burger was just "meh" to me. I was surprised bc so many reviews I saw online (tiktok and YouTube for example) really raved about it. but ultimately it was a disappointment. didn't taste very quality or that tasty, to me. I'm used to gourmet burgers and well, I like in n out a lot.and it didn't even taste anywhere near as good as in n out.i took a few bites just to make sure. put in fridge, but not sure whether I'll ever finish it. just don't feel at all compelled to eat all or most or any of it. I'm sorry :( I really wanted to like it.
in better/more positive news, the bag was really exceptionally well fastened and closed and looked very neat and professional. just sad that the food didn't meet my expectations (which are perhaps somewhat high, I suppose).

Tenders were so overcooked that I couldn't even bite into them. Half of my fries were soggy and half were hard. Disappointed.
