I ordered the Single Big Carl® Combo. A+ Across the board! Food was hot, delicious, and fresh, I got my ranch dipping sauces for my onion rings, and the orange Fanta had lots of fizz. 10 out of 10 recommend

I ordered a medium size combo but received a small. The fries were only half full, and the meat was undercooked. It's bad enough I had to pay $20 for it.

I ordered the Double Western bacon cheese combo
And jalapeno poppers... But this is the second time they forgot my fries.... But what they're charging, now, forgetting the fries 2 times.... Not happy... Everything else was okay, and the delivery driver was great..

My Mom didn't like her burger, she said it tasted weird like it wasn't real meat. She also said that the fried zucchini tasted like it was fried in old oil.

The quality of both burgers looked bad. Is this the kind of service we're getting now. The fries were not fried and looked like, as if they were under a heat lamp then, re-fried. Please do better. Think about the quality, would you pay for something that didn't look like it was made with care or effort. We ate it , because I wasn't going to re-order something else, and it's late but still...
