2nd order this week. Cali XL comes squished flat, I asked for extra grilled onions and extra sauce. There's barely any on it at all. The location on kanan that just closed did it way better, the sauce was dripping out the sides of the burger and there were a lot of visible grilled onions.

Carl's Jr in Westlake is in Westlake is so much better much better than the one next next door in Agoura Hills. Try the breakfast Burger on sourdough with green chilies and pepper Jack cheese.
I wish there was an option to add southwest sauce

I do not know what Carl's Jr did, but their burgers suck and are overpriced now.
When they came out with the $6 Burger, it was because it was $6.
It had that charbroiled taste like it had been cooked on your dad's grill.
Now it tastes like somebody put artificial smokey flavoring in it , and it's a weird texture.
They got rid of the Angus and Thick burgers.
They are so overpriced and just not good anymore.
I also don't understand why they got rid of the Impossible Burger. That zucchini substitute does not work at all. The texture is wrong.
The flavor is bland. It's gross
