• 7/19/26Order arrived with grease that completely saturated the bottom of the bag. Zucchini tasted as if it was fried in old oil. Very disappointed with my order.

• 1/11/26My order was almost $70 and 1 of my kids meal drinks were missing the drink and my 9 piece chicken stars was missing from my order. For the price I paid for this order was not worth the terrible customer service I received from this restaurant.

• 9/3/23We have ordered many times from Carl's. The hamburgers are wonderful and delicious, as are the chicken sandwiches. However- in the last two orders we didn't receive what was ordered. The bagsneed to be double checked before they leave the restaurant.And if possible checked upondelivery before the Dasher leaves!
