Chai latte wasn't hot like I ordered. Also tenquenos cost me $6 for THREE tiny ones. They were also way too soft and chewy. SUPER overpriced...

we ordered two orders of tequños and only received one. although we were refunded for the missing order, we would have preferred both. additionally, we ordered two chocolate croissants and one was about twice the size of the other, which is not necessarily bad but it feels as though we received less value on the smaller one.
aside from those issues, the egg on the avocado salmon was broken upon receipt and the yolk had soaked into the bread making it quite soggy. finally, the temperature of everything could have been warmer.
the flavors all tasted delicious however and for the most part presentation and packaging was nice.

$80 for 2 sandwiches, 5 croissants and 2 latte??? you atleast expect for good size..

They fail to put all ingredients such as buratta, on your salad. They seem not to care much if you bring it to their attention.
