The food quality is phenomenal. No questions asked........ The food and Aesthetic of it for the cost is worth it. I would just like stores to start accepting special requests not to change the item but if i want my sandwich heated or not etc and for my coffee to be filled all the way. But besides this 6/6 stars love it

Dry Costco croissant with weird bacon bits. Medium matcha was huge with all the ice melted and sweetener sitting at the bottom.

i asked for cream cheese on my avocado and they completely missed that. On top of that the matcha was more milk than actual matcha you couldn't even taste the matcha. I would not be ordering from here again.

Disappointed. I paid extra to add dressing, spinach, and arugula. I did not get extra dressing and instead of adding spinach and arugula, they skipped the mixed greens and gave me only spinach and arugula. I'm at work and can't easily get it fixed so I'm super bummed about a disappointing lunch that I paid over $40 for....
