Menudo was so good flavorful and clean not that greasy. the hot sauce was fire. Will be back

Got surtidas which is supposed to be a good mix, however got more cuero & buche & barely any maciza. Very bland

The carnitas are very dry, the mustard in no way compliments anything. Finally the agua de Jamaica could use more sugar. Not good overall

the 1lb of 1 Lb Carnitas Combo / Pork was very dry and it look old , normally dont have a problem . but this occasion was not happy with the order.make sure to send fresh meat plz.
