I have ordered the Steak Marsala combo more than once. This is a good meal and a good value. I add fries and a chocolate chip cookie as well as a soda and they send bread with oil as well. For a"to go" meal it is robust and a good value for me.

They screwed up the order, but far more importantly they were SUPER understanding and adjusted for their error without any grief.
I only order food when I need to buttress other parts of my day and having food that is both delicious and easily accessible means I'll get to other things I need to get to with far more grace and capability. Having a shop ACTUALLY care if there's an error rather than just throw you pennies back for screwing up your day legitimately changes whether I'd go back or not. And I will keep coming back here for a long time.
Also it's delicious, the combo is a fantastic deal, it's a LOT of delicious food that makes for like 1.5 meals and comes super fresh and delicious.

The sandwich was huge and delicious. It would have been easier and way less messy to eat if they cut it. Packaging could use some tweaking because the sandwich had also fallen apart.

If you consider 1 1/2 of meatball cut into 3 pieces, this sandwich is for you. Side salad barely covered the bottom of the bowl. We have ordered other sandwiches, salads and soup before and have never been dissappointed. However, there were barely any meatballs or salad, even for this price point. I feel ripped off.

Food tasted good and pick up was great! Disappointed in the portions. Salad was half as much as we received in our last order. Fries were extremely small portion. Disappointed with the order.
