First time we ordered and everything was hot and packaged well. The NEW! Steak Marsala Sandwich was delicious.

First time ordering. The sandwiches tasted great but they were so small, it was like a sample size of a sandwich, especially for the price. Ordered the 'bowl' of soup as well and it was a small cup of soup.

Sandwiches haphazardly thrown together and the so called pasta salad was so dry and bland, never again but my dasher was perfect

Well, I ordered the Bruschette Chicken Sandwich Bundle and they seem to have forgotten to put the chicken on the sandwich. Bread is good and portions are good.

Sandwiches were delish! We ordered 6 of the bundle deal and they forgot all 6 cookies that came with it. They told the dasher they were out of cookies and would give us cannolis. We realize the dasher is not supposed to open the bags so this is not the dashers fault. Cannolis were not in our bags when delivered.
I called door dash and they said they would give us a credit on the account. I have yet to see it.
Wish there was a way to check and make sure everything is received before dasher leaves as I feel it's such a hassle to get a refund or credit.
