The steak Marsala sandwiches were delicious. I really wanted the rasp lemonade but I did not get it.

Overall, I really like Sandwich Bistro, but the quality has declined a bit. I first used it to provide lunch for a group of co-workers at my home. It was perfect. Everything was delicious and well-packed. I've ordered it for myself and family several time since, and the last two orders have not been as good. First, they started packing the pasta salad into a small cup, and the pasta salad has been dry and gummy. Second, today my steak sandwich was delivered with gravy and mushrooms on the side, which I did not request. It wasn't convenient for me to assemble my own sandwich. Previous orders of this came assembled and notably well done for a saucy sandwich. I would've been embarrassed to serve today's delivery to guests. I hope Carrabba's returns to the high quality presentation I associate with this brand.

The NEW! Italian Sandwich, which I've ordered before and is delicious, was unfortunately not what I received today. The NEW! Italian Sandwich I received was missing the sliced salami, mortadella, prosciutto, sliced tomatoes, pepperoni peppers, roasted garlic aioli and Italian dressing. Instead of the toppings it should have come with, it had regular sliced ham, pepperonis, a few halved cherry tomatoes and onions. Basically, an entirely different sandwich that isn't even on the menu. The NEW! Chicken Parmesan Sandwich that was ordered arrived as expected and was delicious.

they are very bad about undercooked chicken on to go orders and I got a 5 dollar credit which is insulting
