My Italian sandwich looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu. Overall, the bundle was about 90 percent bread and not much else. Do I really want a half a loaf of dipping bread to go with a sandwich that's 80-plus-percent bread, too?
Also no ketchup provided with the lukewarm fries. And I got a chocolate chip cookie instead of the oatmeal raisin cookie I ordered.
As my former football coach always said, "Just do your damn job."
