So I was finally able to order delivery thru Doordash he last couple of times, they didn't have it available for delivery. I ordered a medium curry chicken w/rice n peas & yams.. their cabbage is good & these yams are similar to how me and my mom and I would make them.... Curry is on point... I've had the mac n cheese it was a bit solid.... But maybe it was an off batch. I'll have to try again. I've had the curry goat as well. The price point & portion size is it! This is how it's done!!! In this economy, don't nobody wanna pay for a $15-25 platter that ain't filled to the brim!!!! Nobody in this area can do candied yams right except Carribean Soul! If you are looking for close to authentic jamaican food, this is the place for you. On top of that, the location is 10 mins from my house!!! I will be trying jerk chicken next. I'm just missing the plaintains!!! Food is delicious worth your money!

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the curry chicken over white rice with collard greens and cabbage, and a side of rice and peas and the mac & cheese too. Every single bite was absolutely delicious. It was plenty of food for multiple people in my one order. I would definitely order all these items again. I look forward to going back and trying their other dishes. The staff was super sweet, friendly and very helpful. Everything tasted very fresh. I would absolutely recommend trying this restaurant. I ordered a large plate of the Oxtails & I received a plate full of bones w/ little to no meat or fat. I felt ripped off. I'm assuming everything fell off & is in the bottom of the pan/pot. Oxtails are cut extremely thin. I'm visiting from Memphis & I never had this issue when ordering oxtails from our Jamician restaurants & the cut is much bigger harty. The Yams are terrible; the worst I've tasted. They are using the can vs cooking w/ fresh potatoes. They added way too much nutmeg; very overpowering. The rice (didn't taste any coconut milk) & peas & mac n cheese were okay. The Collard Greens are sweet, if you like you sugar in them....not my fav, but they were tender. The food was hot & side portions were good; just not the meat

nice size portions , the packaging was much better andthe quality was very good. im not too much of a spicy person but I could handl it on the cabbage.the MAC-N-CHEESE was very cheesy. my Fried Chicken was moist and delicious, the fried fish was very nice in pportions, nice and golden brown, just nneeded a little more seasoning

I've ordered from Caribbean Soul three times. Each time lacks consistency. The macaroni and cheese is not well incorporated. Clumps of cheese mixed in with burnt noodles. The greens were sweet and mushy. Would be great if the product was consistent. Portions are generous but if it's not good who want's leftovers?
