• 7/22/26I always get consistently good Cappuccino Aduwa and other coffees from here. Their Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich tastes like I made it at home! Such fresh and good ingredients.

• 10/22/25Best Chai Tea Latte 12oz (Cold) in the area and trust me, I've tried them all! I love mine with lavender and oat milk. It's perfection! The chocolate muffin is so decadent and a true indulgence. Everything here is honestly wonderful, including the employees! Definitely give them a try!

• 10/22/25Carrington Oaks is not only consistently delicious and has a great selection of, but they are extremely friendly and conscientious. This is my very favorite place to order on Door Dash! I especially love their Chai Lattes; pastries; Fresh Fruit Cup (16 oz); yogurt parfait; and the best protein bites ever. You honestly can't go wrong here!

• 8/23/25The Chai Tea Latte 12oz (Cold) is seriously the best in the city, as is the Apple Cinnamon Scone and Overnight Oats (16 oz) (I add fruit too). The sandwiches are delicious and I love the grilled chicken salad. You honestly can't go wrong with anything. The employees are super friendly and accommodating also. My favorite place for drinks and snacks!

• 8/23/25Love this gem! My favorite Chai in the city and I've definitely tried them all. Great pastries and oats. Love the Caprese Panini and Artichoke and Spinach Panini . They also use Kat's bread, which is delicious and supports local. I love the sourdough but I'm sure the focaccia is great too. I honestly haven't been disappointed by anything here. They are consistent, which is very important to me. Highly recommend giving them a try , especially if you like Chai or are in the mood for a tasty sandwich.
