Disappointing, I paid extra for "extra meat" but only got one layer of meat. The lemongrass "beef" also is not beef pieces, it is a processed tasting beef patty mix instead. Barely tastes like there is any beef in the patty mix, and the lemongrass flavor is so bland. There is no classic Viet mayo either. Veggies are not shown because they are on the side.

Delicious. Very fresh and tasty, nothing tasted stale or old, and I think it was worth the price. For about $11-12 per sandwich, I think it's a better deal than some other fast food banh mu chains. The bread was fluffy and crispy, but not so hard that it scraped up the roof of your mouth. The meats were all good and you could really taste each ingredient individually. I paid for extra pate, jalapeño, and mayo and they were generous. For a single person, two sandwiches is easily two meals. Will be ordering again, thank you! Will definitely consider trying their drinks or sides next time. (Please consider adding deserts or Che thai to the menu!)
