They always give the driver a hard time when asking for additional condiments. They'll say it's in the bag, but sometimes it's not.

The food was cold. In the lumberjack breakfast, I didn't receive bacon and the ham was burned. The French toast had burn spots on it too. The great big breakfast was cold and the pancakes were wet and soggy. We didn't receive any utensils as requested, nor did we receive and condiments like syrup, butter or ketchup.
