We've been looking for a Chicago deep dish pizza for the longest time. We didnt want to go all the way to Chicago, we searched and searched and found Carson's Pizza in Niagara Falls Canada. Pizza was very delicious, Carson's didnt disappoint. We'll definitely be back. I'll do an 30 minute drive over 8hrs any day!

I have ordered from Carson's in past as one of my friends worked with the owners girlfriend. SO disappointed. The SMALLEST large pizza I have come across. I ordered double cheese and I was lucky if it had regular cheese. Toppings were scarce (and they aren't cheap as well). The "house-made" mozzarella sticks were definitely not handmade and were terrible. Even the dipping sauce was bad. It is very expensive so I won't be ordering again. Carson's was good when it opened but has moved to mediocre at best in a few years. :(

Pay attention to the address, I didn't realize how far down Lundy's lane they are so my Party Tray pizza was cold - that's not their fault though. However, the pizza wasn't great. Flavor-wise, it's mediocre at best, but it was cracker thin and dry. You have to chose how you want it cooked from medium, medium well & well done. I chose medium, but it's overdone. The Beignets were good but cold as well. I wouldn't order again.

Pizza has potential but it requires improvement. The pizza was hard. The cheese needs improvement. Cheese was over cooked.
The pizza sauce is too sweet. Decent flavour but the re ipe needs revision.
You can do better.

So damn good. Love the cup and char pep. I ordered it well done. It was medium done. If it was a little more cooked and still hot when it arrived (seems like a door dash problem) it would be a 5. But all in all.. great pizza. Highly recommend it you’re picking up.
